Minimum wage in Lithuania

A statutory national minimum wage

Lithuania has a national minimum monthly wage set by the Government after tripartite consultation. It is reviewed once a year.

Headline figure (second half of 2026)

Eurostat's gross, full-time monthly figure; 13th and 14th-month payments are spread over twelve months.

Who sets it

The Government sets the minimum monthly wage by resolution, after consulting the Tripartite Council.

How it changes

It is reviewed each year and decisions normally take effect on 1 January.
