Minimum wage in Croatia
Croatia has a statutory national minimum wage, set by the Government each year. Since 2023 it has been paid in euro.

Who sets it
The Government sets the minimum gross monthly wage by decree each year, after consulting the social partners.

It is set annually and takes effect at the start of the year.
