Person 1: ESFP · The Performer

Where you may click
You differ on every pair, so the notes on the right matter most.
Where you may clash, and what helps
- They are more outgoing than you. Expect them to think aloud. You do not have to answer at once: ask for time, and follow up in writing.
- They want specifics and proof. Give examples, dates and facts before the vision, and show how the idea works in practice.
- They decide by people and values. Show that you care how it lands before you analyse it, and remember that criticism of their work may feel personal.
- They like to keep options open. Agree the dates that truly matter and leave the rest flexible, and do not read late decisions as lack of commitment.
