The 32 Types
A personality test based on Jung’s psychological types: sixteen types, each in two versions, depending on how you meet pressure. Take the test, read your profile, and learn how to work and live with every other type, whether you are a lawyer, a doctor, a teacher or a taxi driver.

How it works
The test asks 90 short statements and you answer each on a five-step scale, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Eighty of them measure four preferences: where you draw energy (E or I), how you take in information (S or N), how you decide (T or F) and how you organise your world (J or P). The last ten measure how you meet pressure: Anchored (A), steady, or Tested (T), feeling the weight keenly. Four letters plus an ending give your type, for example INTJ-A or ENFP-T.
It takes about fifteen minutes. Your answers stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere. There is no account, no email and no fee.
This is an original questionnaire written for this site, inspired by Carl Jung’s theory of psychological types and the popular four-letter shorthand. It is not the official test of any organisation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of any trademarked personality instrument. It is for reflection and fun, not a diagnosis, not a measure of ability and never a tool for choosing or rejecting people.
