Terms, notice and the click: what a user agrees to
By the end of this lecture you can:
- say when a person is bound by terms they did not read: signature, reasonable notice, course of dealing;
- explain why onerous or unusual terms need more notice, and apply that to a screen;
- keep incorporation and fairness apart;
- audit an AI’s summary of terms for what it softens or leaves out.
Use the arrow keys to move through the board. Everything on it is clickable.

The board follows the written lecture step by step. Teaching material, not legal advice: check every authority yourself before you teach it.
