How to use it
- When: a business or professional rents a shop, an office, a workshop or a similar premises from an owner, for a fixed term or an open one.

- Form: write it down and have both parties sign, one copy for each. In some countries a long lease must be registered or signed before a notary.
- Not for: a home (use a residential lease), a coworking seat or a short licence to use a room (use a simpler licence), or a lease of land for building.
